Pakmaya Active Dry Yeast can be used for home applications
All kinds of breads , buns and fermented pastry products are typical examples of applications.
Natural Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), food grade emulsifier.
Dissolve Pakmaya ADY in warm water at 35°C. Stir and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Quantity of Pakmaya Active Dry Yeast may vary according to the recipe as well as to the baking process.
The recommended levels are 1-2% based on flour weight.
6 x 60x10 g nitrogen flushed packs.
The shelf life is 18 months if stored in a cool and dry place.
